Best Bread Machine Sandwich Bread

I love cooking and trying new foods I’ve never eaten. I tend to never get be content with the knowledge I have but want to know more about cooking. Can’t get enough

1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 (.25 ounce) package bread machine yeast

¼ cup vegetable oil

3 cups bread flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 T + 1 t gluten if using All purpose flour

½ t salt to enhance rising
