Whipped Cream Frosting
Ingredients
  • ½t geletin
  • 1T cold water
  • 1 c whipping cream
  • Pinch salt
  • ½ t vanilla
  • 1 T powdered sugar
Steps
  1. In a small bowel sprinkle gelatin over the 1T water then set it into a saucepan with hot water.  Let set until dissolved then set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Whip cream until almost stiff then add sugar, salt, and gelatin, vanilla.  Beat until stiff.  Cover and refrigerate.  Beat with a spoon just before using.
