Ingredients
- ½t geletin
- 1T cold water
- 1 c whipping cream
- Pinch salt
- ½ t vanilla
- 1 T powdered sugar
Steps
- In a small bowel sprinkle gelatin over the 1T water then set it into a saucepan with hot water. Let set until dissolved then set aside to cool slightly.
- Whip cream until almost stiff then add sugar, salt, and gelatin, vanilla. Beat until stiff. Cover and refrigerate. Beat with a spoon just before using.
