Farro & White Bean Salad
Ingredients

  • ½ c. crumbled goat cheese

  • ¼ c. extra-virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 ½ tsp. honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
  • Kosher salt
