Ingredients
  • She used bone in chicken thighs, put a tablespoon of oil in the pot and browned the chicken on sauté along with 4 cloves of garlic minced.  She made the  sauce by mixing 6 tbsp of honey, 4 tbsp of soy sauce, 6 tbsp of water, 2 tsp of brown sugar and a dash of cayenne.  She poured the sauce over the browned chicken and garlic scraping any cooked bits from the bottom of the pan, then cooked it for 10 minutes on high pressure.  We let it Natural release for about 10 minutes then quick release, served with rice!
