California Avocado Salsa Burgers
Ingredients
  • ½ cup seeded and diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. minced white onion
  • ½ serrano pepper, stemmed, seeded and minced, or more to taste
  • 1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. minced cilantro, optional
  • ½ tsp. sea salt, divided
  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey or chicken
  • 4 Kaiser rolls, split (or your favorite buns/bread)
  • 1 cup spring mix baby lettuces and greens
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise, optional
