  • 1 tsp ( 1 tsp) vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp  ( 1 tsp ) sweetener of choice
  • 1 cup ( 1 cup) ice cubes
  • zest of I/2 lime
  • 15 g ( 1 tbsp) whey protein isolate
  • 1 tbsp ( 1 tbsp) double cream
