  • 2 TB miso (I used chickpea miso, but any kind would work)

  • 2 TB olive oil
  • medium-sized pyrex dish filled halfway with water
  • subheading: to serve:
  • extra firecracker sauce
  • fresh parsley, chopped
  • vegan bleu cheeze or ranch dressing
