(Instant Pot) Beef & Alfredo Egg Noodles
Ingredients
  • 2 jars Classico Light Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • One large bag wide egg noodles
  • Parmesan, salt & pepper to taste
  • Broth or water to fill empty jar
Steps
  1. On saute, cook meat until done, drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Turn off then add the dry pasta and sauce.
  3. Add two jars worth of water or broth.
  4. Cook on Manual for 6 minutes, then Quick Release.
  5. Stir gently and top with Parmesan.
