Ingredients
  • ½ head green cabbage, chopped
  • ½ head red cabbage, chopped
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds (or 1 to 2 tbsp tahini)
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • ¼ cup cold-pressed olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce (Nama Shoyu)
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp cashews (soaked for 1h)
Steps
  1. In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients, making sure cabbage is evenly coated.
