Korean Ground Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef (96% lean)
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • ½ cup Carrots (julienned)
  • 1 Red bell pepper (seeded, chopped)
  • 8 ozs Mushrooms (sliced)
  • ½ cup Green onions (white and green parts, thinly sliced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Steamed brown rice (for serving)
  • Green onions, tasted sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
  • subheading: SAUCE:
  • ¼ cup Low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Dark brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang chili paste (can substitute sriracha)
  • ½ tbsp Ground ginger
