  • ⅔ cup honey
  • ½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ½ to 1 cup mix ins (mini chocolate chips, dried fruit or nuts)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ⅛ cup hemp seeds
  • ⅛ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • dash of sea salt
