Whole30 Tuna Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons ghee or coconut oil
  • 1 medium onion peeled & diced
  • 4 medium celery stalks diced
  • 1 pound of ground pork sausage any ground sausage will work well
  • 4 medium carrots peeled & sliced as ¼” pieces
  • 1 large white sweet potato any potato variety will work well
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 medium garlic cloves peeled & minced
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 cups chicken stock or bone broth
  • ½ cup canned coconut crème
  • Fresh thyme & rosemary optional garnish
