Ingredients
  • 375 grams of blueberries
  • 1 tbspn of bush honey
  • 2 tspn tapioca flour
  • Mix together

  • ¾ cup whole rolled oats
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tspn baking powder
  • 5 tbspns solid coconut oil
  • 3 tbspns chopped pecans
  • Blitz the crust ingredients until it forms a dough consistency.
  • Press into a pie dish - I resevered some for the top of the pie ✔
  • Scatter blueberries into the base.
