Raw Carrot/Apple and Cinnamon Bircher Muesli
Ingredients
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • ½ apple, grated
  • 1 cup oats (gluten free or buckwheat / quinoa flakes)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ⅓ tsp turmeric
  • A pinch of ginger powder
  • 1 tso maple syrup
  • A handful of goji berries
  • 200ml nut milk
  • (Chopped pistachios and extra maple to serve)
