  • 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 8 tablespoons butter, cold
  • 3⁄4 cup buttermilk, cold
