Peanut Butter/Chocolate Fat Bombs

Ingredients
  • ½ heaping cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup chocolate cacao powder (dark chocolate is the best)
  • 1 cup Kerrygold butter
  • ½ cup confectioner's Swerve
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • Optional: crushed nuts of your choice
Steps
  1. Melt all ingredients on the stove and add vanilla after removing from heat.
  2. Pour in greased mini muffin tins or silicone mini-cupcake liners.
  3. Sprinkle nuts loosely on top of each one.
  4. Set them on a small baking sheet and put them in fridge for an hour before popping them out and storing in a sealed container.
