Ingredients
  • 1½ cups nondairy milk or water (if you use water, add ⅛ cup cashews or almonds)
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 to 2 pitted dates (or 1 tablespoon sweetener)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
Steps
  1. Blend all ingredients except the cacao nibs in a high speed blender.
  2. Add the cacao nibs and blend on low to medium until the nibs are mixed in but not completely crushed.
