A classic salad with many variants: there are different versions of this salad. You can use Northern Bonito, Light Tuna, Anchovies or Anchovies in Ortiz olive oil. In addition, you can add green and red pepper cubes and, to vary the vinaigrette, you can add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard.
Ingredients
  • 250g de Bonito del Norte Ortiz en aceite de oliva
  • 100g de Anchoas Ortiz
  • 100g de brotes de lechugas
  • 100g de judías verdes
  • 4 tomates
  • 2 patatas rojas medianas
  • 2 huevos
  • 50 g de aceitunas negras
  • 1 cebolleta
  • 4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • 2 cucharadas de vinagre de vino
  • Pimienta negra recién molida
  • Sal
