123 Diet Celery Soup

Ingredients
  • ½ cup chopped Onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • ½ minced garlic clove
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • Fresh chopped chives and parsley
Steps
  1. 1. Fry onion and celery in a non stick pan for 10 minutes
  2. 2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute
  3. 3. Add stock and seasoning
  4. 4. Bring to boil and then simmer for 15 minutes
  5. 5. Garnish with Chives and parsley
