  • 1  10 oz. bottle mild green taco sauce. (or 1  7 oz. can mild green salsa.)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons (or ½ package) taco seasoning mix
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 recipe Crispy Baked Tortilla Strips (Oil-free)
  • subheading: 4 cups cooked white or brown rice (optional) OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL TOPPINGS:
  • sliced green onion
  • chopped cilantro
  • diced avocado
  • sliced black olives
  • Fresh lime wedges
  • Cashew Sour Cream
