Air Fryer Portobello Mushrooms
These air fryer portobello mushrooms are perfectly cooked in 15 minutes! With a quick and simple marinade, these mushrooms are a great side dish or snack! Use them as a portobello burger patty, as a base for mushroom pizzas, or slice and serve in tacos!
  • 4 to 6 large Portobello mushrooms (depending on how many you can fit into your air fryer) cleaned with a damp paper towel
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • ½ tsp. Sea salt
  • ½ tsp. Black pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp. Balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ tsp. Dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp. Dried thyme
