No Bloat Bean Humus
Ingredients
  • Cow Beans
  • Dashi Kombo
  • Tahini
  • I lemon
  • Cumin
  • Bean Assist - Alpha Galactosidase
Steps
  1. Soak beans overnight above Dashi Kombo
  2. Remove Kombo & rinse well
  3. Cook for 2 hours & cool
  4. Blend with 1 tblsp tbls Tahini & juice lemon & tspn cumin
  5. Eat with bean assist & try other herbs
