Ingredients
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 16 slices of bacon (cooked & crumbled)
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 4 hard boiled eggs (sliced small)
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1½ cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
Steps
  1. Cut lettuce into bite-size pieces and spread evenly into a 9x13" dish.
  2. Layer hard boiled eggs, peas and 12 slices of bacon on top of the lettuce.
  3. Mix mayonnaise and sugar together and spread over everything.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese and remaining 4 slices of bacon on top.
  5. Let set for 12 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
  • Other types of lettuce can be used. Just chop up enough to fill a 9x13" dish almost full.
