  • ½ cup canned or fresh pureed pumpkin
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 knob of fresh ginger
  • 1 ½ teaspoon homemade chai spice
  • ½ teaspoon pure gluten-free vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes
