  • 2 potatoes, washed and sliced into sticks (I leave the peel on)
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or other vegetable oil)
  • 2 tablespoons of your favorite dry herb/spice seasonings (I used 1 tablespoon Capital Hill seasoning and 1 tablespoon Full Flavor Vegan’s Anytime seasoning)
  • 2 tablespoons chickpea flour
