  • 1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp red food coloring*
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 to 1 ½ cup club soda or milk of choice
  • subheading: For the “cream cheese” glaze:
  • 3 tbsp nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 to 2 tbsp milk of choice
