Ingredients
  • 8½ oz. canned, crushed pineapple
  • ½ c. water
  • 3 oz. orange gelatin powder
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • ½ c. diced celery
  • ½ c. shredded carrot
  • ⅓ c. chopped nuts
  • ½ c. Cool Whip (thawed)
  • ½ c. mayonnaise OR Miracle Whip
  • salad greens
Steps
  1. Put pineapple, undrained, & water in saucepan; bring to boil.
  2. Pour pineapple mixture over gelatin in bowl; stir till gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Chill till slightly thickened, but not set.
  4. Mix in remaining remaining ingredients except for salad greens.
  5. Pour mixture into 4-c. mold or 8 individual molds.
  6. Chill till firm; then cover till ready to serve.
  7. Unmold 5-mins. before serving & garnish with salad greens.
