Ingredients
  • 1 lb ziti noodles
  • 32 oz. Ricotta Cheese
  • ½ to ¾ cup Romano cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • salt, pepper & parsley to taste
  • 36 oz. spaghetti sauce
Steps
  1. Cook noodles aldente and mix them with all but about 1 cup of the sauce.
  2. In a separate bowl combine the Ricotta and Romano cheese, eggs and spices and mix well.
  3. Layer half the noodle mixture on the bottom of a 9x13" pan.
  4. Spread cheese mixture on top of the first layer of noodles.
  5. Spread remaining noodles on top of cheese layer.
  6. Top with remaining sauce.
  7. Bake until heated through (approx. 20 to 30 minutes).
Notes
  • You can chop and fry up your regular meatball mix to add to the sauce for a meat sauce.
