  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 2 teaspoons sherry vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons tequila
  • Chopped fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
