Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

3 cups (600 g) granulated sugar

¾ cups (1½ sticks / 170 g) butter

⅔ cups (168 g) evaporated milk

1 package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow fluff

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup (258 g) peanut butter

1 cup (125 g) confectioners' sugar

½ cup (113 g / 1 stick) butter, melted
