Triple-Choc Self-Saucing Pudding with Coffee Cream
Ingredients
  • 80g unsalted butter, chopped
  • 100g dark (70%) chocolate
  • ⅓ cup (80g) brown sugar
  • ¾ cup (180ml) milk
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature, lightly beaten
  • 1 ½ cups (225g) plain flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100g white chocolate, chopped

  • 300ml sour cream
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 2 tbs coffee-flavoured liqueur (we used Kahlua), or cooled espresso
  • subheading: COFFEE SAUCE:
  • ½ cup (125ml) coffee-flavoured liqueur (we used Kahlua), or cooled espresso
  • 1 cup (250ml) boiling water
  • 1 ½ tbs dark cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup (170g) brown sugar
