Ingredients
  • 4 Medium Russet Potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 450*F and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper (or pre-wrinkled foil and a light spray of oil), set aside.
  2. Slice the potatoes to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick sticks. Toss with oil, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl or large ziplock bag.
  3. Spread into a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or to desired crispiness.
