- 4 Medium Russet Potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Preheat oven to 450*F and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper (or pre-wrinkled foil and a light spray of oil), set aside.
- Slice the potatoes to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick sticks. Toss with oil, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl or large ziplock bag.
- Spread into a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or to desired crispiness.
