Loaded Cauliflower Mash
Ingredients

  • 1 lb cauliflower, chopped into large pieces
  • 2 Tbl fresh garlic
  • ¼ c EVOO
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • subheading: Almond Parmesan:
  • 1 c almond meal, lightly toasted
  • 1 Tbl nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper, ground
  • COMBINE all ingredients together, it should remind you of a classic Italian garnish
  • subheading: Toppings:
  • applewood smoked bacon (be sure to get a @whole30approved bacon!)
  • julienne scallions
  • roasted cauliflower florets
  • almond parmesan
