  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

  • subheading: Amounts as desired of the following:
  • Butter lettuce
  • Chopped kale
  • Roasted quinoa (cook quinoa as directed, then spread it evenly on a baking sheet and place in oven under the broiler on high for 5 to 7 minutes, turning halfway through)
  • Purple onion, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Mashed avocado
  • Roasted corn
  • Cilantro
  • Lime juice
