- 1 md bell pepper chopped
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes, 10 oz.
- 2 can tomato sauce, 8 oz. each
- 2 lb ground beef
- 5 to 6 c cooked rice
- 1 can water (use tomato sauce can), if needed
