Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken breast or chicken tenders (tenderloin)
  • 1 head broccoli
  •  
  • subheading: Sauce:
  • ⅔ cup water
  • 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger (I used the stuff from a jar)
  •  
  • Butter for frying
Steps
  1. subheading: Marinate:
  2. Cut the chicken into thin, bit-sized pieces.
  3. Marinate in salt water for about an hour.
  4. subheading: Cook broccoli:
  5. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
  6. Fry broccoli in some butter for a few minutes. Put aside.
  7. subheading: Cook chicken:
  8. Cook the chicken in some butter. Do not overcook! It's done right as it stops being pink.
  9. subheading: Put it all together:
  10. Mix the sauce ingredients.
  11. Add broccoli and sauce to chicken.
  12. Make sure it's all hot.
