  • 2 teaspoons baking powder (NOT baking soda)
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
