Black Bean Veggie Loaded Burgers
Ingredients
  • 2 cans 15 oz of organic black beans
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 6 mushrooms
  • 1 orange pepper
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • ¼ cup basil
  • 1 ½ cup of oat flour
  • 4 tablespoons of ground flaxseed (only use ground)
  • 4 tablespoons of mustard
  • 4 tablespoons of braggs amino acid
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast(optional)
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice and apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of salt (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons of onion powder and garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
