This is one of our family's top 5 favorite recipes! Sooo easy and good! It's from the South Beach Diet cookbook. The extra sauce is good over mashed potatoes.
Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 ⁄2 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1 1⁄2 lbs salmon fillets
