Ingredients
  • ½ cup natural almond butter, only ingredient should be roasted almonds (unless salted)
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup quick oats, or rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup protein powder of choice
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • pinch of sea salt, omit if almond butter is salted
  • ½ cup raisins
