Ingredients
  • About 1 cup of any type of greens (like baby spinach, kale, or chard)
  • ½ cup chopped zucchini
  • ¼ of an avocado, chopped
  • ½ sliced banana
  • 1 to 2 pitted dates
  •  
  • If you want to keep things as quick and convenient as possible, start with already frozen greens; otherwise wash and dry any type of leafy green and add it right to the bag. Remember you can also wash and reuse your freezer bags.
