  • 1 tbls olive oil
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • I glug of white wine
  • Quarter of a cooked squash cut into cubes (I used Kabocha)
  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 2 cups of chicken or veg stock
