Spinach Bread

Ingredients
  • 1¼ cup mozzarella
  • ½ cup cheddar
  • ¼ cup Parmesan
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 to 2 cup spinach, chopped
  • seasonings, as desired
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Add all ingredients in the food processor.
  3. Mix until well combined
  4. Bake in a 10 inch cast iron (for crunch) 20 to 25 minutes, then finished it under the broiler
