Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 10½ oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Tear 24x18-in. piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil & place in 9x9x2-in. baking pan, shiny side up.
  3. Mix meat & soup mix together, turn onto foil in pan, & shape into loaf.
  4. Spread mushroom soup over loaf, cover loosely with foil, & bake 80-mins.
