  • 140 grams SOURDOUGH STARTER (FRESHLY FED OR DISCARD)(SEE NOTE)
  • 250 grams ALL-PURPOSE OR BREAD FLOUR
  • 188 grams LUKEWARM WATER (SEE NOTE)
  • 2 grams KOSHER SALT (TWO GENEROUS PINCHES)
  • 1 tablespoon OLIVE OIL
  • 1 tablespoon SEASONING BLEND (I USED TRADER JOE'S EVERYTHING BUT THE BAGEL SESAME BLEND) (SEE NOTE)
