  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 scoop protein powder, I recommend the Trim Healthy Mama Pristine Whey Protein Powder
  • 2 tablespoons all-natural, sugar-free peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla or caramel extract
  • Sweetener to taste - I like 2 doonks of Trim Healthy Mama stevia, or 1 to 2 tablespoons xylitol
