Klunker's Plant-Based Kitchen
Ingredients
  • ½c water
  • ¼c low sodium soy sauce (use GF if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon mirin (if you don't have, don't stress)
  • ⅓c brown sugar (you could also use date sugar or maple syrup)
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled, smashed and minced fine (if you have a zesting micro plainer, use that)
  • ¼ tsp. fresh, minced ginger
  • 1 ½ tablespoons corn starch
