Ballymaloe's Tunisian Orange Cake (Gluten Free)
Ingredients

  • 75g sugar
  • 2 cloves (optional)
  • pinch of cinnamon or cinnamon stick

  • chopped pistachios (optional)
  • creme fraiche, to serve
