Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes
Ingredients
  • • 1 tablespoons butter
  • • ½ tsp onion powder
  • • 1 cup chicken broth
  • • 5 medium sized potatoes peeled and sliced ⅛ inch thick
  • • ½ teaspoon salt
  • • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • • ½ cup sour cream
  • • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  •  
  • Topping
  • • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
Steps
  1. 1. Select Saute and add add 1 cup chicken broth, salt and pepper to the onion powder cook 4 to 5 minutes to get nice and hot (will help pressure come up to pressure faster).
  2. 2. Put the steamer basket in the pressure cooker pot. Add the sliced potatoes. Lock lid in place, select High Pressure and 5 minutes cook time and start.
  3. 3. Preheat broiler. Set aside the 1 C panko. When timer beeps, turn off pressure cooker and do a quick pressure release. Carefully remove potatoes and steamer basket from the pressure cooking pot. Place potatoes in a greased 9x13 oven safe dish.
  4. 4. Stir sour cream,cheese and butter into cooking liquid in pressure cooker mix until the cheese and sour cream have blended. Pour over potatoes. Use two forks to gently mix sauce with the potatoes. Top with panko topping and broil for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown.
