  • 2 lbs. hamburger
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz.)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup dry red wine (or low sodium beef broth)
